PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED!

Planning permission has now been granted for extensions, remodelling and renovation works to a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse in the historic Village of Boston Spa, near Leeds. The designs have been carefully developed to respect, enhance and preserve the existing building. The proposal includes the removal of existing low-quality extensions and replacement with large, contemporary rear extensions with juxtaposing elements to create a visually inspiring , yet sensitive design solution.
